1. The price quoted includes a one hour waiting time charge and an estimate of the overall mileage for the journey as advised. Actual mileage may vary on a trip-by-trip basis and any excess mileage will be charged. Prices quoted are from our Sheffield S21 base.

2. We make every effort to supply the vehicle originally ordered but in exceptional circumstances this may not be possible. We will use our best endeavours to source an alternative vehicle but should an acceptable alternative not be available the customer shall be entitled to a full refund.

3. We reserve the right to refuse to carry passengers who, in the opinion of the chauffeur, are, or appear to be, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or illegal substances, or are abusive. If the chauffeur, in his/her absolute judgement, refuses carriage of a passenger no refund of any kind will be due. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by passengers to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.

4. The full cost of reinstating the vehicle to its original condition after damage/soiling by a passenger will be charged to the customer within 14 days of the incident taking place. A charge of £40 per hour will be made if the vehicle is not available for other bookings as a result of the damage/soiling.

5. We do not accept liability for missed flights or events due to circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include, but are not be limited to, adverse weather conditions, theft, delays caused by traffic accidents, congestion, terrorist attacks or Acts of God.

6. Transfers to airports are quoted at a fixed rate. If, however, flights are delayed, cancelled or diverted we reserve the right to charge additional travelling time/waiting time/mileage. The customer must use their best endeavours to advise us of any unforeseen changes of plan in order to minimise these costs.

7. Our insurance covers us for passenger travel and public liability only. It does not extend to damage to or loss of customers possessions. Neither does it cover consequential loss, missed flights or missed events. Customers are advised to procure suitable insurance for their needs.

8. Parking, toll and congestion charges incurred during the hire period will be charged at cost price. Chauffeurs will not leave the vehicle such that it may receive a parking fine. If chauffeurs have to drive round the block whilst waiting for a customer this time/mileage will become chargeable. The hired car will be cleaned on the day of hire but we cannot be held responsible for deterioration in the car’s appearance due to weather conditions or terrain.

9. We are unable to provide child seats for our vehicles. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us in advance that a child seat is required for the trip. The child seat is to be provided by the customer and sufficient time allowed for the correct fitting by a responsible adult. All child seats must be removed at the end of the trip. Gratuities are unnecessary but are at the discretion of the customer.

10. Animals (with the exception of assistance dogs) are not allowed to travel.

11. No smoking is allowed in any of our cars.

Payment methods

  • Payments for bookings may be made by cash or by cheque, credit/debit card
  • Cheques must clear before a booking is confirmed
  • A deposit of £50 must be paid at the time of booking
  • Where excess mileage charges are incurred the customer will pay these by cash, cheque, and credit card/debit card within 7 days of the end of the hire period
  • Account facilities may be granted on supply off company information, i.e. purchase order

Cancellations and refunds

  • More than 2 weeks notice - full refund of payments (excludes wedding bookings)
  • 7 to 14 days notice - full refund of payments (excludes wedding bookings)
  • 3 to 6 days notice - 50% refund of payments (excludes wedding bookings)
  • 2 days or less - no refund
  • Wedding bookings must be paid in full 90 days prior to wedding date. All wedding bookings within 90 days must be paid in full at time of booking.
  • A minimum of 60 days notice is required for a wedding booking cancellation, with a 50% refund of payments provided. For 1 to 59 days notice of a wedding booking cancellation there will be no refund.
